4. Returns and Exchanges

General Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• All Bikini Bottoms and any Bottom-wear (including Cheeky Coverage, Full Coverage, Moderate Coverage, High Waisted, and Active Bottoms)
• Any swimsuits or bottoms marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number
2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the eligible item(s) to the address provided using a trackable method
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
