Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel absolutely confident and radiant in your swimwear. If your new Active Swimsuits, Bikini Tops, or Cover Ups don’t meet your expectations, our straightforward policy is here for you.
General Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in the original packaging.
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate items:
- All Bikini Bottoms and any Bottom-wear (including Cheeky Coverage, Full Coverage, Moderate Coverage, High Waisted, and Active Bottoms)
- Any swimsuits or bottoms marked as “Final Sale”.
These items are considered final sale. Please choose these products carefully.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below for clarity.
- Wait for Approval: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds & Reimbursement
Our goal is to make the refund process as transparent and quick as possible.
- Timeline: After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any difference in item price and new shipping costs if applicable.
- Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange an eligible item (e.g., an Active Top or Bandeau Swimsuits) for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
