Our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Active Swimsuits, Bikini Sets, and beachwear.

Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Bikini Bottoms and any Bottom-wear (including Cheeky Coverage, Full Coverage, Moderate Coverage, High Waisted, and Active Bottoms)
  • Swimsuits and Bottoms marked as “Final Sale”
These items are considered final sale due to their intimate nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any difference in item price and new shipping costs if applicable.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you exchange an eligible item for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
